Sanchez, who didn't play in the opening game against Canada, as he was serving a card suspension, sparked Chile to a 3-0 victory over Congo on Thursday at Commonwealth Stadium."There's not much left to say," said teammate Nicolas Medina. "That's what he does."
Sanchez had a golden opportunity in the opening half when Congo goalkeeper Destin Onka kicked a lazy clearing pass to the foot of the player. His strike sailed wide of the net, but Sanchez was much surer of foot in the second half. So were his teammates.
